Planning, budgeting and support are rolled into one fixed monthly fee, plus hourly charges for flight hours, to make support simple and straightforward for customers to manage. Costs for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance items are defined and known upon enrollment in the program.

Covering maintenance, parts, freight, labor and even rescue teams, and guided by Embraer OEM expertise and support, the program can be customized to one of three options hedging: Prime Parts, Standard and Enhanced. Throughout a five-year cycle, program benefits include savings against actual costs from planned and unplanned events over the same period, providing hedge against price inflation and ease of making business with Embraer and its partners. In addition, Embraer offers preferential rates to customers enrolled in Executive Care for various services.
